A good balance of flavor for grilling or smoking meat ,chicken or fish. Can also be used in recipes that call for a "blackening' rub.

- 3 Tablespoons Thyme *
- 1 Tablespoon Rosemary *
- 1 Tablespoon Green Oregano *
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper *
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
NOT garlic salt
- 1/2 teapsoon Ground Cloves *
- 1/2 teapsoon Ground Allspice *
- 1/2 teapsoon Picante Paprika *
- 1 Pinch Portuguese Flor de Sel *
