Great pasta. Flavor is rich and cooks to a desired texture. Takes herbs and sauces well.

The corn pasta was magnifico! We liked it better than wheat pasta....a wonderful color and flavor and al dente with ease. Made it with shrimp, tomaotes, garlic, fresh basil and parm. Yum. Bob
