  • 1 cup Fusilli Tortiglione pasta (spiral) cooked and drained *

    Fusilli Tortiglione, tight spiral.

  • 1 cup Raw broccoli, cut in pieces
  • 1 Medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 Medium carrot, diced
  • 8 ounce Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Low-calorie Italian dressing


  1. Mix first 6 ingredients.
  2. Pour salad dressing over all.
  3. Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
  4. Stir before serving.
