Ginger Cream Sauce

Definitely rich and redolent of ginger, very good with roast pork.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoons Green onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons Ginger, minced
- 1 cup Dry white wine
- 1/4 cup Chicken stock
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste *
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan until it foams.
- Add onion and ginger and stir over medium heat for about 1 minute.
- Pour in wine and stock and bring to a boil.
- Continue cooking until the liquid becomes syrupy.
- Add the cup of cream and bring back to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer and continue cooking until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
