 Classic herb butter.  Serve with vegetables, fish and poultry.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Softened butter (2 sticks)
  • 3 Green onions, finely chopped
  • 6 Cloves of garlic, minced and mashed
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dry white wine
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon White pepper *
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg *

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until liquid is absorbed.
