Classic herb butter. Serve with vegetables, fish and poultry.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Softened butter (2 sticks)
- 3 Green onions, finely chopped
- 6 Cloves of garlic, minced and mashed
- 1/2 cup Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dry white wine
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon White pepper *
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg *
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until liquid is absorbed.
