Icelandic Cocktail Sauce

Try as an alternative to traditional cocktail sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 cup freshly made mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Fresh pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder (sweet or hot as you like) *
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Fine sea salt *
- 1/4 teaspoon Black peppercorn; freshly ground *
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and pineapple juice until smooth.
- Stir in paprika, Tabasco sauce, and peppercorn.
Note:
This sauce can be kept in a covered bowl in the fridge for a couple of days.
