Tuna Mousse

Creative party dish made with fresh tuna.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces Tuna steaks
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 12 ounces Fat free cream cheese
- 1 Minced onion
- 1 Tablespoon Margarine
- 4 Tablespoons Fat free mayonnaise
- 1 envelope Unflavored gelatin
Instructions
- Poach tuna in a small amount of water for 5 to 10 minutes until flaky.
- Cool.
- Saute onion in margarine.
- Mix with tuna, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
- Heat cream soup and gelatin in a saucepan stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves.
- Add to tuna mixture.
- Pour mixture into a lightly oiled bowl.
- Chill until firm.
- Unmold onto a serving tray.
- Serve with crackers.
