Ingredients

  • 1 Purple Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Sherry
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice onion very thinly and mash and mince garlic.  Combine onion and garlic with all other ingredients.
  2. Cube and skewer vegetables, meat and seafood, or any combination thereof, and marinate in the prepared mixture 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Remove from the marinade and grill.
