Ingredients

- 1 Purple Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Sherry
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Freshly Grated Ginger
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt
Instructions
- Slice onion very thinly and mash and mince garlic. Combine onion and garlic with all other ingredients.
- Cube and skewer vegetables, meat and seafood, or any combination thereof, and marinate in the prepared mixture 2 to 3 hours.
- Remove from the marinade and grill.
