Ingredients

  • 1 14 ounce can Artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup Fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Finely chopped garlic

Instructions

  1. Drain artichoke hearts thoroughly, pressing to remove excess liquids.
  2. In mixing bowl, mash artichoke hearts.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and chill for several hours OR may be served hot (bake for 15 minutes in a lightly greased casserole dish).
  5. Serve with assorted vegetables, fat free crackers, or cocktail rye bread.
