- 1 14 ounce can Artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup Fat free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Finely chopped garlic
Instructions
- Drain artichoke hearts thoroughly, pressing to remove excess liquids.
- In mixing bowl, mash artichoke hearts.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and chill for several hours OR may be served hot (bake for 15 minutes in a lightly greased casserole dish).
- Serve with assorted vegetables, fat free crackers, or cocktail rye bread.
