Fried Avocados with Red Mayonnaise

  • 3 medium to large firm avocados
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 8-oz packges of Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon (or to taste) Garlic Chili Sauce


  1. Heat oil in deep fryer to 365 degrees.
  2. Peel and cut avocado into large chunks (about 24 pieces).
  3. Dip chunks into egg mixture, drain off excess and roll in Panko Crumbs.
  4. Fry until lightly browned and drain on paper towels.
  5. Skewer with wooden pics and serve with mayonnaise blended with Garlic Chili Sauce.
