Pecan Rice

Excellent with any creole/cajun recipe.

  • 1 500 gr box Parboiled Rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup Pecan Halves, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon each Salt and White Pepper


  1. Melt butter in large saucepan and add cooked rice.  Stir to combine rice with butter and add pecans.
  2. Cook only long enough to heat, add salt and pepper and serve.
