Refund Policy:
In the event you need to cancel your reservation, we require 48 hours notice. If you cancel within the 48 hour time period, you will not receive a refund, and you cannot exchange for another class date. You can, however, send a friend in your place. Avanti Savoia reserves the right to cancel a class at any time for any reason. If Avanti Savoia cancels a class you will receive a full refund or credit for another class. Your choice.

For half a century the unique personality of Julia Child entertained and inspired an entire generation of American cooks. In this class we will honor the memory of America’s most famous “French Chef” with a menu featuring some of our favorite Julia recipes.
- Celeriac Remoulade… first course salad of celery root in mustard dressing
- Boeuf Bourguignonne…the famous French beef stew “as prepared in Burgundy” served with Pappardelle pasta
- Le Tarte des Demoiselle Tatin… upside-down apple tart specialty of the Loire valley
Time: 6:30-8:30pm
Cost: $50/ person
This is a demonstration class with some hands-on participation.
