For half a century the unique personality of Julia Child entertained and inspired an entire generation of American cooks.  In this class we will honor the memory of America’s most famous “French Chef” with a menu featuring some of our favorite Julia recipes.

  • Celeriac Remoulade… first course salad of celery root in mustard dressing
  • Boeuf Bourguignonne…the famous French beef stew “as prepared in Burgundy” served with Pappardelle pasta
  • Le Tarte des Demoiselle Tatin… upside-down apple tart specialty of the Loire valley

Time:  6:30-8:30pm
Cost: $50/ person

This is a demonstration class with some hands-on participation.
