If you cancel within the 48 hour time period, you will not receive a refund, and you cannot exchange for another class date. You can, however, send a friend in your place. Avanti Savoia reserves the right to cancel a class at any time for any reason. If Avanti Savoia cancels a class you will receive a full refund or credit for another class. Your choice.

Autumn in the Southern Mountains is one of the most beautiful seasons in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Are we biased toward our homeland? Absolutely and if you live here so are you! Every October we are dazzled by the spectacular foliage, the first few fires in our fire places and the harvest of some of our favorite comfort foods. To salute a special time in a special place we have created a special menu that combines our culinary heritage with creative cooking techniques.
