Roland Anchovy Paste, as with anchovies, should be stored at temperatures between 40 and 50 degrees f. This pack comes in a convenient tube with a re-sealable cap. This is both a retail and food service size. can be used in making Caesar Sala, Salad dressings, canapes.
Roland Anchovy paste is normally kept under cool temperatures, but it will holdup under heat. Made ready-to-use, it can be added with or without further processing.
