6 ounces Small pasta shells
cooked according to package directions, rinsed in cold water
- 1 15 ounce can Garbanzo beans
- 1 cup Raw brocolli flowerets
- 1 cup Raw cauliflower flowerets
- 1/4 cup Chopped celery
- 1/2 cup Chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup Chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup Chopped cucumbers
- 1 Chopped tomato
- 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese-part skim
- 1/2 cup Fat-free Italian dressing
- Combine ingredients and serve cold on lettuce leaf.
