"Berg O'P Soom" Balsamic Condiment Cookies

- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt with Aromatic Lemon Peel *
- 1 large Egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Berg O'Soom vinegar *
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Into a large bowl put butter, aromatic salt, egg, "Berg O'P Soom" balsamic condiment and sugar. Blend until the butter is soft and all of the ingredients are mixed well.
- Then stir in flour and baking powder and mix very well.
- Scale the dough into 2 ounce portions and arrange them on a parchment lined sheet pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF until slightly brown.
- Allow them to cool slightly on the pan. Transfer them to racks and cool completely.
