Easy to make, yet sophisticated Chardonay flavor.
- 1/4 cup Chardonnay Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Chardonnay Wine
Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
Salt to taste
Fresh Ground White Peppercorn
Add to taste
- pinch Sugar
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil *
Herbs de Provence
add to taste
- Combine Chardonnay vinegar, Chardonnay wine, aromatic salt, green pepper and sugar.
- Add olive oil gradually while whisking constantly to create a thick, emulsified vinaigrette.
Note: Refrigerate any leftover salad dressing and use within 1 week.
