Easy to make, yet sophisticated Chardonay flavor.

  • 1/4 cup Chardonnay Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Chardonnay Wine
  • Fleur de Sel Sea Salt *

    Salt to taste

  • Fresh Ground White Peppercorn *

    Add to taste

  • pinch Sugar
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil *
  • Herbs de Provence *

    add to taste


  1. Combine Chardonnay vinegar, Chardonnay wine, aromatic salt, green pepper and sugar.
  2. Add olive oil gradually while whisking constantly to create a thick, emulsified vinaigrette.

Note:  Refrigerate any leftover salad dressing and use within 1 week.
