Moscatel Vinegar Reduction is a produced from the fine Spanish Moscatel wine. The vinegar is aged by the traditional solera system and then reduced into a slightly thick, uniquely sweet syrup.
Produced from an aromatic wine vinegar, the delicious scent is left intact post the reduction process.
Preparation:
Use direct from the squeeze bottle. The nip on the bottle is the perfect size for decorating a plate or dessert.

Moscatel vinegar is our favorite vinegar and this reduction is excellent. The sweetness is similar to balsamic vinegar but not so overwhelming. Excellent on cheeses,sushi,chicken and any other dish for a touch of class.
