Homemade Horseradish Sauce Piedmont-Style

Easy to make and zippy to eat.
1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar

- 1/2 cup Fresh Horseradish Root, finely grated
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients to obtain a smooth paste.
- Pour into sterilized jars and cover with a small quantity of olive oil on top, then close with a lid.
- Store in the fridge, and use it in a month.
