Succulent roasted red peppers are combined with garlic, cilantro and parsley and slowly cooked in olive oil with mild and spicy chile peppers. The resulting Tapenade is delicious with fish and shellfish, chicken, pork, lamb or beef. It can be served as a dip for shrimp or raw vegetables or blending into a risotto for added zip. Use as a spread for Panini or to dress up an ordinary sandwich. Use to top omelets and frittatas or enjoy straight out of the jar.
