Refund Policy:
In the event you need to cancel your reservation, we require 48 hours notice. If you cancel within the 48 hour time period, you will not receive a refund, and you cannot exchange for another class date. You can, however, send a friend in your place. Avanti Savoia reserves the right to cancel a class at any time for any reason. If Avanti Savoia cancels a class you will receive a full refund or credit for another class. Your choice.

Terri Geiser holds a Masters in Public Health degree from the University of Tennessee and is Program Manager for the Knoxville County Health Department. She is also a culinary and wine enthusiast, caterer and cooking instructor who appears regularly on the WBIR Noonday Show. Terri organizes the cooking class program for the Glass Bazaar in Knoxville, where she has taught for over twelve years. Avanti Savoia is indeed proud to welcome her expertise and enthusiasm to La Cucina for her special Bruschetta class which features a variety of toppings and new ideas for this antipasto.
