Porcini Mushroom

Also known as Ceps, these are domestic Porcini. Not to be mistaken for imported Porcini, they can be used in just about any recipe calling for “regular” domestic mushrooms. They are white/brown and mild in flavor and aroma. They have a meaty texture and mild nuttiness that is wonderful with risotto. 1/2oz package
