I never thought there was a difference. Extract is extract, right? I was so very wrong. The flavor you get from this will change the flavor of pancakes, crepes and baked items to something even better. The vanilla bean paste they make I also highly recommend, especially in cream puffs! yum!

I am very particular with vanilla when I cook. I notice how hard it is to find good vanilla. When I found this on Avanti I stocked up. This makes a big difference in my baking both in texture and taste.
