Italian Soffritto, is a salt-free blend of aromatic herbs and vegetables. Simple and delicious, it is at the base of most traditional Italian cuisine. Simply mix 2 tablespoons of Soffritto Italiano with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a half glass of water.
Pour into a pan and heat for ten minutes. Now your base is ready to welcome any of your favorite Italian recipes - or bring the signature taste of Italy to any dish.
