A classic traditional dish, full of flavor.  Rustic, but elegant at the same time farrotti is a great alternative to the famous risotto.  Made with pearled barley or spelt harvested from the Italian countryside and mixed with dehydrated vegetables to create a combination that is pure bliss.  Easy to make, just add water and in 17 minutes you are ready to eat.

Preperation:  Boil 800ml water.  Pour in the contents of the package and cook 17 minutes.  If desired serve with extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
