After being harvested from the ancient sea beds that are now the foothills of the Himalayas, our salt is mixed with Italian peperoncino flakes to impart that perfect spice to steamed and grilled vegetables, poultry, steamed or grilled octopus, cuttlefish, calamari, shellfish, or even Chinese steamed dumplings.
