This is by far the best dark chocolate (is there any other kind?) I have ever tasted. I first tried it in France las year and was blown away. Luckily I found Avanti Savoia, which is the only source in the United States for this chocolate. The Sao Tome melts slowly in your mouth and and leaves a smooth lingering after taste. I also like the St. Domingue for its fruity flavor. I have tried numerous chocolates from all over and L'Olivier is the best quality.

Being a dark chocolate lover, I always like to try new ones, especially from Sao Tome. This chocolate is especially wonderful. A little bit creamy, it has a complex of flavors, both sweet and savory. I will order this again.
