This unique flavoring reveals the rich flavor of the sea. Handcrafted using a bronze mold which leaves a rough surface to hold sauce much better than stainless steel molds used in the U.S.
The "Linguine al nero di sepia" is best combined with any type of seafood sauce, such as, clam sauce, mussel sauce, or octopus. It is recommended to not use a tomato sauce, however, you may add fresh tomatoes uncooked and fresh ground black pepper to the sauce before serving.
