OK - at *first* I was not overjoyed with this bar. I had become accustomed to the Olivier chocolate flavor and texture. Then, after the 2nd or 3rd morsel, my goodness - I realized why Avanti Savoia added this bar to their chocolate collection! A complex flavor sensation in each bite - chocolate flavor followed by mango with a bit of heat on the edges of the tongue. NOTE: unless you like spicy food (which I do!), try a different Hachez chocolate. Looking forward to trying more of the Hachez chocolate line after this first trial!!

I am one who loves a little heat on anything I eat so why not chocolate right. Well this is a great use of sweet from the chocolate and mangoes with a little heat from the chillies. It makes you want to continue nibbling.
