Prosecco sparkling wine and orange juice combine to make the second best item served at brunch, behind the mimosa.  The undeniable orange flavor is perfectly set off by the effervescence of the Prosecco.  Hints of tangerine and mandarin are also subtle.  Serve with a mild white cheddar or cranberry Wensleydale.  A great companion for chicken, turkey or pork.
