I like the convenience of making pancakes from a mix, but I expected more apple flavor from this one. I added some chopped pecans to the batter the second time, which boosted the flavor and the fiber content.

I surprised my husband with these wonderful pancakes! First thing he said when he came into the kitchen was, "wow this smells great it reminds me of the woods and camping in a lodge at home." He's from New Hampshire! I was just thrilled to do this for him! We loved the pancakes and the house smelled wonderful!
