We can't think of anything better than the combination of organic fresh basil with extra virgin olive oil.  The process begins with organic fresh basil leaves grown on the Colonna estate from seeds of Ligurian basil, well known traditionally as the tastiest variety, crushed with the estate’s olives. This yields an oil with a gentle, sweet herby flavor. Ideal for dressings, mostf Mediterranean dishes, soups and meat dishes.  Or, as we like to say, "Everything!"
